Just as i pose this question, i remember the first time i discovered Rapture, a mysterious world, filled with intriguing characters, Big Daddy's, little sisters,...Sander Cohen, presto! presto!!! remember that?! lol! I'm definitely gonna get it on release day.
Well I have just started playing the first Bioshock and am loving it. I'm sure I'll get Infinite, it's just a question of when. Since I just got my 360 nearly 2 weeks ago, I have a considerable backlog of games to buy and play. The downside is that I don't have a lot of time to play, so it's going to take awhile.
As much as I enjoyed the first Bioshock, I have yet to play the second. I doubt I will get Infinite on the day of launch, but I am sure I will get it eventually.
Loved the first one but couldn't get into the second one as much. Still haven't finished it but with all the other great games that came out around the same time... that probably had something to do with it. BI looks to be very unique so yeah, I'll pick it up. :)

This. I really had no interest in Bioshock 2 so its gonna take a heck of a good review to make me buy Infinite.
cant wait for this game!! but honestly would love to see if a Wii U version is on the horizon.........but otherwise will still have it on xbox along with Bio 1 and 2.
i loved the first one, i played about half way through the second and lost interest... but i will be picking up this one, it looks like its gonna be great

There are a lot of people that don't like the direction the second game takes. The second one isn't as good as the first, and there were parts of the game that felt like they were forced. But I still enjoyed it greatly, and would recommend it to anybody who likes the original. It's just as immersive.

Yes, the sequel was not as special as the original, but still quite a good game overall. I hope that Bioshock Infinite will give us all that same sense of wonderment and intrigue from the first time we discovered Rapture. I'm confident it will.
Yeah, its probably my most anticipated game of 2012.
I loved Bioshock 2 almost as much as the first one.
But I don't see much of a point in buying these games. I'll probably play campaign twice and chances are there won't be any multiplayer (which I really don't even care about anyhow) so I'll just gamefly it.
