Ok so I've saved the best for last. This Thursday 20th May (tomorrow in fact!) SEGA is going to be making a big announcement about Sonic the Hedgehog 4.
But if you want to be the first to read this announcement then you'll have to visit either TheSonicStadium or SonicRetro for the news. Because SEGA is doing a joint-exclusive with the two sites regarding this announcement, which we have been promised is going to be 'very big' and 'very good.'
While SEGA had a brief spell of pushing hard markegting the game to the general Sonic/SEGA community (with prizes and concept art reveals) they have been very quiet about the game.
And they have been very strict about any news that has been leaked out - like that recent video showing gameplay footage; which seemed to be taken down about about 30mins after hitting the net and strict warnings being sent out to most of the SEGA blogs out there (which is why we didn't post about it).
But apparently this will be explained with tomorrow's announcement:
"A source at the company told us that the information revealed via Thursday's press release will explain the reason for the "last couple month's blackout" on updates." Says Dreadnux from SonicStadium.
So stayed tuned for the big announcement tomorrow guys. It will be published tomorrow evening, European time - or Morning time for US residents. Though no specific time has been given as of yet, so keep an eye out.
If you can't keep a constant eye out, then don't worry, because we'll no doubt be publishing the information via TheSonicStadium and SonicRetro soon after.
