wel I would rather pit original XBLA games to one another than add in remakes/ports... but at the moment I would say CV: SOTN is the best game overall, a real masterpiece. But between original games... would be a tough choice .
I'd have to say Castle Crashers is the best. Its so addicting and fun that me and my friend must have played 6 hours straight today. I also think Bionic Commando Rearmed is pretty good.
Port of an old game: Street Fighter II or Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 (although I wish it had been Triogy)
XBLA actual game: Assault Hero's or Geomety Wars
EDIT: Duke Nukem is poised to take over best port category. That is until LucasArts ports over DF II Jedi Knight or TIE Fighter (fat chanced i'm sure) lol
