Come on parker brothers get to work.

The one board game I want on XBLA is Risk. That would be awesome.bessy67
Risk a.k.a world domination in a box would be really fun. Maybe then the 3 red dice would be kind to me.
I saw the topic and immediately agreed with Monopoly, particularly if they implement the social element like they have with Uno. I could see it being a spectacular success.
Risk would also work pretty well. I would be a little skeptical of Scrabble though, but I guess MS already has dictionaries and thesauruses (thesauri?) for Office which they could use.
Monopoly would besick as hell. That game takes forever so I don't think a lot of people would like to play it. Personally, I'd love it but I doubt it would happen. As for Scrabble, I suck at it and it's not my favorite board game so I doubt I would get it.
Mille Bornes would be an awesome game for XBL. CREVE!
...and I'd certainly buy Scrabble. I'd own just about anybody here at that game, I assure you of that.Generic_Dude
I accept your challenge. I have a fairly broad vocabulary myself. Unfortunately, I tend to be a magnet for "Q"s and "X"s whenever I play Scrabble.
I also vote for Trivial Pursuit, Battleship, and Stratego. :D

oooo..battleship...that wouldnt be bad eitherI would like to see them package RISK and Monoply together and sell it for 10 bucks. Of course i don't know if Parker Bros. makes both (which would cause some trouble if they didn't), but if they do then they should do that.
Really i want to see Monoply and RISK... of course others might not be bad, but all i can think up right now that may be even decent would be Hero's Quest and that game would be soooooo slow, but would allow for player made content (dungeon layout).
Eh, I don't know if Monopoly would fare well in an online environment -- it takes FOREVER to complete a game, after all. I would probably buy it for the single player though... and I'd certainly buy Scrabble. I'd own just about anybody here at that game, I assure you of that.Generic_Dude
Monoply in video game form takes ruffly 30 - 45 minutes to finish, ofcourse the time can vary at take longer or shorter. The reason i know this is because they released Monoply as the a full game back for the original Xbox. Even on original Xbox it could have been more stream lined (like traiding and what now), but think about it... Instant movement, paying fees, getting, money, buying spots (well the card getting is instant). You never have to figure out change, how much money you actually have because all the money handling is instant... Having a instant banker speeds up the game by a ton.
It would be humorous to see that announcement in print:
"New from Microsoft! Monopoly!"
The Department of Jusitce would probably get confused and sue them again.
the idea of having monopoly would be great, but imagine... people quit in a 8 rounds ranked match at gears .... how many times do you think you'll ever complete a 2 hour monopoly game without anyone quitting???OcTAByo
they solved that problem in casosnne(still not close) a computer AI takes over if someone leaves.
the more people that ask for XBLA gameslike monopoly then MS should make them..tatu2004
