I have a friend at work who likes to play video games with his wife on his 360. He's 32 and is not a big gamer, but likes to game with his wife, and his Wii is more for his kids. He recently bought Sacred 2: Fallen Angel, and agreed with me that this game was an atrocity. His wife didn't even like it.

I told him I'd do him a favor before tuesday and get a good game reccommendation for him. I don't have a significant other, and probably wouldn't be playing too many games with her if I did, so I drew a blank when I though about coming up with a good co-op title for the 360.

Are there any games that someone could reccommend for these two? Something RPG-ish is generally what they're looking for here.

Fable 2 has co-op and is perfect for casual gamers. Not sure if you can play offline co-op though.

I would recommend Eternal Sonata or probably Tales of Vesperia. While they are actually single player games, they both allow for another player or more to controll characters during the combat. We usually like to play these types of games together since they can keep both's interest with the story and then allow the second person to stay involved with combat.

Yeah, it sounds about right although the camera is a pain in co-op, but it's still fun.

it's not that bad but co-op isn't the best but still fun game. i think fable 2 is good game to go with just tell your friend if he dose get it just take his time going through the main story line. as the main story line is pretty short by it self

Although not a RPG, my wife and I play Tiger Woods PGA Tour. It's been quite a while, but she enjoyed it a lot.

I'm pretty sure Fable 2 doesn't have offline co-op.

It definitely has off-line same console co-op.

Molyneux recently promised they fixed the camera issues for Fable 3. Which is probably a lie, knowing him, but still...
