360 just died... anyone seen any deals?

anyone seen any deals for new 360s? mine just died today... out of warranty. and i just bought EA MMA and vanquished *sigh*

Don't think so, just bite the bullet and get a new 250gb slim like most of us have. The new hardware is worth it and I believe it to be reliable.

you could buy a 4g and put your old hard drive in

it sucks that the elites aren't on sale anymore because of the slim. my arcade xbox 360 is going to die, i just know it, and i will be forced to buy a new slim because they're the only xbox 360 console you can buy (haven't seen any 4gb consoles on sale). i should have got in earlier if i had of known that this was going to happen to me.

No, it wouldn't. You're still using a microsoft branded HDD in a Microsoft device.... Having a plastic casing around it doesn't change a thing. Microsoft only bans people for upgrading to hard drives that are not Microsoft branded and formatted.

just get one on craigslist for around $100 with no hard drive

just get an xbox 360 slim 4gb and then use a t6 and t10 wrench to take apart your old hard drive and put it in your new xbox360 slim and you will be set just look on craigslist they got some good deals on getting an xbox360
