I would NEVER buy a used 360. Get a new one with a warranty, period. It's not worth saving less than a measly $100 to risk it having problems.

Many people when having issues with their xboxes take them to game stores and trade them in. It's not worth the risk.

First, it is $270 with the wireless controller. You are saving $50 from just buying the system new. When you buy it new you also get one month Gold XBL and the headset. Don't bother buying a used 360. In fact, if you can afford it, I would recommend since you don't currently have a 360 that you buy the Elite.

Again though, do not buy the used 360. Go for the new one. The savings is *not* worth it.
