i'd say its a rumor, it was a rumor not too long ago and got shot down. the cost of the massive drive is one thing that kind of goes against it, they'd likely have to raise the price.
O.K. say they did bring this 120GB system out, I bet your *** that it's gonna cost around the same price as the PS3 guaranteed! Think about it like this, a system is around $300 and the 20GB hard drive is $100. Do you honestly believe they are gonna bring 120GB out for $100!?!? One- either it's gonna cost around $200 or better, or TWO- they are gonna drop the 20GB down dramatically, which will never happen because it will pi$$ a lot of people off that bought the 20GB for a $100.

QFT my friend. I see a bigger HDD in the future but right now a price drop on the 20GB HDD would be a mistake. It should have NEVER been that high in the first place. And of course MS being who they are will get every nickel and dime out of a 120GB HDD...$300.00 + probably. I see a 60gb HDD coming sooner than a 120GB HDD at around $150.00 to $200.00 probably.
