... also Fallout 3 (played it on 360 but read PC versionis great)

Men of War; the AI is amazing, the best WW2 RTS game, and perhaps the best RTS ever.

Cossacks 2 napoleonic wars

If you don't mind old game try Lords of the Realm 2.

I know this isn't a true strategy game, well strategy is involved to play it.
