Only ever used MS Word, here, but at the same time you don't want to conform to their corrections one hundred percent. My own documents are green every other line (sentence fragments) just because the program is more built for proper, academic writing and can't recognize affected speech or character voice.
The only way to really see if it's correct is to consult a grammar handbook, or just read your work out loud. If it sounds natural vocally, you've essentially solved run-ons.
Microsoft Office 2007...AKA Microsoft Word.
It's got a grammar and spell check, but the grammar check is wrong 90% of the time. However it can be useful for finding overly convoluted sentences...that are still generally grammatically correct. The spell check is usuallly reliable, though.
Using the cheap default stuff that came with my computer. Good old Word Works/Word Processing. The best. Just like what I did when I was in middle school from 1993 to 1994
yeah some good old fashioned notebook paper such as a 3 subject notebook comes in handy with pencils. Heck I still have a fresh brand new 3 subject notebook I bought like a year or two ago and havent written anything in it yet.
hey now. Don't be dissing good old fashioned pencile and notebook paper. They're more reliable than trying to type up sometin gon the comptuer and then bam. a compuer crash messes your computer up.
I prefer good old 3 subject notebooks and pencils.
That's if your handwriting is legible...I dread transcribing the story I wrote years ago by hand, and am afraid it may be lost forever.
Anyway I'm afraid I need to be able to comfortably get things out at about 100wpm to keep up with my brain vomiting out words, so that's another major notch against handwriting...not to mention the crippling pain. :P
But what if your notebook crashes? :avatar:hey now. Don't be dissing good old fashioned pencile and notebook paper. They're more reliable than trying to type up sometin gon the comptuer and then bam. a compuer crash messes your computer up.

I like to use the "Publish to Web" setting so it's just like a plain-text HTML document and as far as I know nothing is shown for the author of the document. It might be your best bet. If you use the basic Google Doc viewer (where people can comment/see others reading), you may run into people seeing your name. I think I just show up as anonymous, myself.
But maybe someone else who's more familiar with the settings can help you out.
lol so true! finally found you, and writing in here, hopefully someone commented on my blog and posts. What is the hot topic in here?danika809I'm always here. This is like my neighborhood on the web. :P I checked out your blog post on religion. I prefer to keep my views to myself, but speaking of which, there's this new series floating around the board called a River of Godsblood--you should check it out.
