You mean like a character sketch? Of his/her personality quirks and whatnot? Maybe it'd be a good idea to include a sample to help us know exactly what you're looking for... Additionally, doesn't this limit the number of responses to plot-based, MMORPG or FPS? For an RTS or Sim City style of game, there aren't really characters...
