There is a rumore going around that the gates won't be on the air here in the US untill April. Thats another five months we have to wait not counting the two we have already waited. It seems like the SciFi channel is doing everything to alienate Stargate fans, but its doing everything to save BSG, a show thats doing worse in the ratings. WTF scifi... This is just a rumor... unless something has changed.
I dont watch BSG at all anyways. It's too much of a soap opera now. I will admit that i did like the mini series and did watch it when it aired with both the gates but now i dont even care. Hopefully they wont make us wait that long to draw out SG fans.

yeah thats true and the rating for sg1 and atlantis might also go down because some people might have downloaded the new episode and watch them allready
The only shows i watch on sci fi are SG obviously, Eureka, Dead Like Me, Ghost Hunters, Dr Who, Outer Limits and sometimes when they have a decent movie on. That Sci Fi investigations is utter crap and im still surprised that they ever even made Tripping the Rift. That show should have been sold to Comedy Central or FX.
I fogot i used to watch Dark Angel, John Doe, and FireFly before they took them off as well. Of course those were also already dead series from Fox. Kinda surprised they havent aired Serenity yet.
I guess I shouldn't complain that we don't get the episodes as early as you guys do during the summer in Canada because you guys have to wait 7 months after the first 10 episodes. Pretty lame if you ask me.
Sounds bad for you guys, except, after finally getting Atlantis Season 2 here... they show the first 3 episodes and decide to end it for the year. =/DoHo

I wonder if the cancellation doesn't have something to do with this. Since the show was cancelled "mid-season", they had to re-write some of the last episodes of the season to wrap up the plot a bit better and lay the groundwork for the movies instead of a new season.
I was also rather irritated to see the delay in getting the new episodes on the air. I wonder how Robert Cooper and his group is feeling right about now. I would imagine they aren't very happy with Sci-Fi at the moment.
