i would say either pray from re5, the sky high duel against wesker when chris gets the flash back when he sees sheva willing to commite suicide to kill wesker, sad yet true which is the duel against jill , the news report sound at the end of re3 before credits or my real favorite is the RE remake safe room soundtrack
Closing of the "Decisions, Decisions" Scenario in Resident Evil: Outbreak. As your character (or party if they ever survived) runs up the fire escape, the credits roll down and the slow hymn of the music plays elegantly.
are you sure thats what actually happened in that scenario, last time i played it im sure that 12 endings were related to chopper evacs, one was a love ending, one was a final news report aand 2 were final assault based endings

In terms of ending, my favorite is the David & Mark one, that was bada$$.
The music when you fight jill in re5. The music got me pumped and just made that much more tension having to fight against such a character. It did an extremely good job at setting the mood.
