What????

Link

Looks like TCU was tired of not being in an automatic qualifying conference. Wow this sucks for Mountain West losing BYU, Utah, and now TCU. Damn Boise State is screwed again.

LOL. Wow, Boise State got owned. They're gonna have some traveling to do in that conference. Louisville is probably the closest Big East football program to them. Wonder if the Big East is still considering Villanova and UCF.

You know your conference stinks when you accept a team from a non BCS conference who will probably win for years to come.

They will still try and get Villanova's football to make 10.

Actually the distances are pretty much the same same that the Frogs have in the MWC. The distance is a bigger thing for the Big East programs, not so much the football programs but for the other Olympic sports. I knew this deal was coming. Amon Carter stadium is undergoing a 110 million dollar renovation right now and will be completed for the 2012 year. The Big 12 would never take TCU because Texas especially didn't want to give up the upperhand in recruiting and there was a deal with them, Tx A&m, Baylor and Tx Tech that as long as they were all together.......no other TX based team could join. The Dallas Cowboys play in the East conf for one reason.....the media exposure and now TCU will get the same. Boise St is stuck where they are. They have a superb football program but no other programs of note. Their stadium is too small and with a market even smaller, they become the Yertle the Turtle of the MWC........king of the small pond.
