He said moment, which is also cut scenes.... :PP Well, if you're asking me not to include cut scenes I'll say seomthing anyways. When I rode that boar into Arbiter's Grounds :lol:He doesnt mean cut scenes........
zeldafreak4life
oh god so many...(alot of them arnt nessacarily points in the game)
-ahah when i first got ocarina (when i was 7) i was too scared to go farther so I always got my dad to play, adn i'd watch him
-when i beat ocarina of time for the first time, lmao it was teh first game i ever beat that wasnt pokemon, it took me 5 years :| (maibly cuz i was terrified to play teh gaem for the first year, adn i was busy playing pokemon the next year)
- getting help from the "big kids" in ocarina and then usign what i learned to help my younger cousin with his copy of ocarina
-when i got majoras mask for christmas
- travelling two hours to "the city" (i used to live in the bush basically) to go and find somewhere i could pre-order windwaker and get master quest
- finally getting that pre-orderof windwaker
- beating majoras mask (it took me forever, cuz when i was younger i totally demolished my n64 controller so to make link run you had to push as hard as possible with yourpalm to make him run, which made majoras mask almost impossible, especailly the goron parts and lol, i beat it on my moms birthday)
- getting all the masks in mm
- getting everything in ocarina, majoras mask, a link to the past, adn twilight princess
- finding out tetra is zelda
- everydungeon and boss battle, there all my favorite moments :P
- seeing the twilight princess trailer at e3 04?, i think..or was it 05? :?
- finally owning that game, years later
- aha this one time at school in grade 6, it was the last day of school, and a bunch of the guys brought there game boys in and played a link to the past and four swords all day, it was awsome
=| auh man.....i have that many moments with zelda....I'm such a dork :P
Each game seems to have a particular moment that stands out for instance:
When one first travels into the Dark World In Alttp, the first look into that twisted world.:P
When one travels to the submerged Hyrule Castle in WW, that moment provided a certain link to the past games, despite how different WW was up to that point with all the sailing and art style.
As one emerges from the Temple of Time as an adult in Oot, that was when the real adventure of Oot began.:P The final boss battle against Ganon was also fantastic and dramatic.
Then there is MM, which is basically one memorable moment after the other. (Healing the guy in Ikana Valley, meeting Tingle for the first time, entering the moon, etc...) The Zelda series seems to be full of memorable moments.
I have lots of favourite moments. Let's see:
At the end of Ocarina where Link slashes the heck outta Ganon and blood flies.
At the end of Wind Waker. I won't say anymore because it may spoil it for people.
At the end of Majora's Mask.
Fighting Argorok in Twilight Princess.
Fighting Odolwa in Majora's Mask.
Fighting Gyorg in Majora's Mask.
Fightin the "bad guy" in Wind Waker and Twilight Princess.
Using Zora Link to jet around in the water.
Fighing pretty much any boss in Majora's Mask and Twilight Princess.
Using Fierce Deity Link.
And many more.
Edit: Oh and how could I forget. Fighting Dark Link in Ocarina of Time using only your sword. It was tricky and hard but it's possible. What a fabulous fight.
Beating Ocarina of Time, I had such a great sense of accomplishment at that time. Plus, the ending cinematic was awesome.
Although Majora's Mask possessed more memorable moments to me than any other Zelda game (Anju and Kafei's quest, Alien invasion, the milk bar scene, 95% of Ikana Canyon was amazing, and so forth) But the moment that stuck out the most to me in my memories is the first time you see Hyrule Castle Town after the 7 year jump in Ocarina. I originall believed that everyone was dead, and the redeads were their animated corpses. metroid_dragon
Just out of curiosity, what was the 5% of Ikana Canyon that wasn't amazing?:P
[QUOTE="Aumala"]who was argorok, I don't rememberDark_Link142
The big dragon in the City in Sky in TP. He was awesome :)
That battle was quite epic, especially when it starts raining.
Although the first part seemed to feature several components of past boss battles from WW.
Giving paper to the hand in the toilet at Stockpot Inn in Clock town.........whaaaaaat? :|
but anyway, it was probably buying Oracle of Seasons, I bought Ages a few weeks or a month before it, and when I finished Ages for the first time, I REALLY wanted to get Seasons, and I did plenty of chores for allowance. When I finally bought Seasons and first entered the first dungeon, I was filled with so much joy. :)

That was a great moment, the entire series of bomber quests had some great moments in it.

The final blow Link delivers to Ganon's brow at the end of Wind Waker.
**MAJOR SPOILERS**
Through the entire game Link is seen as an innocent child, but in a single moment he delivers such ferocity and wrath upon the King of Evil that made me feel that this incarnation is worthyof the title of"Hero of Time"(though not truly a descendant of THE Link from OoT)

No one is worthy of the title of "Hero of Time" except well, the Hero of Time.:P
However, that Link did earn the right of a title, which became "Hero of Wind", no one else is worthy of that title except the Hero of Wind.

This may be just me, but I preferred the beta transformation over the final cut's version. The original transformation from the announcement video was smooth and fluid. It got kinda choppy and blocky in the end. For comparison purposes, check out the video I posted. The first transformation is the final cut, the second is the original from back in development.
The battle between Ganon and Link the one before Nintendo revealed the Wind Waker with Cel Shaded graphics it was an early trailer that wasn't used in the game.chocolate1325
No, I think that was just a tec demo to display the capabilities of the Gamecube (similiar to the FFVII one on PS3). Understandably they wanted to throw in some good CGA since the N64 was essentially devoid of it.
i only said that i felt he was worthy, not that he actually held the title.:pseiferdante1000
Well he is worthy of being a Link and counted amongst the heroes from the other Zelda games, such as the aforementioned Oot Link, if thats what you mean.:P

It did indeed look more smooth and natural, but I remember reading that Nintendo preferred the choppy look,:? which is why it made it into the final version.
