What about the name of his horse? Is Epona back?

You could do it in the E3 demo.

Kondo the sound director said that they were first going to implement it into OoT but then thought against it. This was in the Nintendo Power interview.

All we know now is that she is a creature of the twilight realm and that she helps Link although she may have an alterior motive.
