I think all Zelda games are great, but the one true one that is full of perfectness is... Hmm... Well Ocarina of Time was one of the first games I played when I was young and I've loved the series ever since... Twilight Princess was amazing in my perspective... Well, I'd say Ocarina of Time. Without it, there would be no Twilight Princess and it wouldn't have been what it is today. Nintendo put a lot of work into it, and every Zelda game deserves that same respect; Ocarina of Time was just a masterpiece aside from them all.
I think you should've added Majora's Mask to that list. In my mind, it's the third greatest Zelda game. It had the greatest and most detailed characters in the entire series to date.   Though I think the greatest is  Twilight Princess, or maybe OoT,... or, I CAN'T DECIDE BETWEEN THE TWO! I think I'd choose OoT, though, because of it's awesome dungeons and bosses. NOTHING, ABSOLUTLEY NO GAME, compares to the outside world in TP because it's just massive and crazy detailed. OoT wins by a hair.
Majora's Mask should replace the original LoZ, then you've got my top 5 right there. My favorite is by far OoT, a near flawless game in my opinion. TP and MM are tied for second, with Alttp in fourth and WW in fifth.
For a long time OOT was my favorite but TP sure blew me away with its addicting gameplay, wonderful graphics, and free to rome around style of gameplay.
OoT is most defiantly the best LoZ game of all time, though only by a fraction, the likes of MM and TP...not to mention WW and the orginal LoZ. To be honist, I don't think you can actually list the LoZ games in a best to worst order....they're just great, all of them! Well, most of them anyway...

How can I be the only one who chose ALTTP?  They are all amazing of course, but this one exudes such classic Zelda goodness. IMO it's the best game of all time.
