Well, it has not been officially confirmed that the fairy in PH is Navi (or Tatl for that matter)... but some reports suggest that the fairies "voice" does sound somewhat similar to Navi's.

But I've got a question... the point of Majorask mask (as shown on the beggining) is that Link goes to find a friend (Navi, since she flies in Ocarina) but he never found her. How all of a sudden he finds her? I mean even in Windwaker it says the hero of time never came back. Why? 'Cause he was finding Navi!

What, no way, that's not possible. Phantom Hourglass is a direct sequal to Wind Waker, millenia after Ocarina of Time took place. Maybe one of Navi's decendants, but I don't think that faries are immortal.

well if that fairy is navi or talt, then i recemend ear plugs. but the fairy could be like the DS version of the pointer... like in TP
