An idea for future zelda games

so... ive seen in the videos, and i think that Link can transform into a wolf! Is it true? well if it is, it means the legend of zelda series is taking new paths, new styles and techniques and all.

Well ive come up with this idea, dont insult me or other thing, just say if its a good or a bad idea, if you agree or not, pros and cons, and explain

What if Link, well, started summoning monsters or gods, and fight alongside with them. that way, Link would stop doing everything by himself and he would have some help in battles (that need to get harder of this idea is applied)

Hey, it could happen. After all, in Wind Waker he had help in many of the dungeons.

I, for one, would love to see Link fight along side others. Link is awesome, but some other heroes would be cool, too. A Goron warrior could fight beside him, as well as a Zora warrior. Maybe a Hylian knight also? A Gerudo warrior also. They could all have their strengths and weaknesses.

The Goron warrior would likely use a heavier weapon (I've always pictured Gorons as using hammers and axes) but have lower speed. The Zora warrior might use a lighter weapon (I always think of the Zoras as using tridents and spears and stuff) or maybe just his/her fins. The Zora would be weaker but faster. The Gerudos and the Hylians might be more balanced. It's just speculation.

what about summoning gods/monsters?eginja

Well, I'm not sure about summoning gods, that may be too powerful. Maybe their spells like Din's Fire based on the gods' powers. As for monsters, that would probably work. Link could summon dragons and beasts and all sorts of things. I would at least like to see Link have some allies to fight alongside.

We should be carefull for what we wish for!! Zelda games are the best in their current form but we cant expect them to stay as they are forever!! So if anything changes it must be carefully tested!!

What i think it would be great is to add in the Zelda game some open feild battles!! I mean not only dungeons!! Link would have to kill a person as a mission but to get to that person he would have to fight through a war!! Imagine a war between Link, and the Zorans and Gorons against the Army of Ganondorf!! Link would have to move behind the enemy lines with the help of his allies and find Ganon for the fnal battle!! That is an open field battle!!

I wouldn't like a Zelda RPG.  When exploring Hyrule, I like controlling Link on his own, it gives overworld Hyrule a feeling of peace and tranquility, and it gives the underworld the feeling of being alone in deep, dark dungeons. ArranTehN00b

Thats what makes the Zelda games so great. Link is able to defeat the legions of evil, solve difficult puzzles, and keep calm all on his own.

Yep.  Gerudos eventually help Link.  Nabooru even helps seal Ganon.morbious17

Well, I really couldn't think of any other races that would help Ganon, besides smaller enemies, of course.  Maybe a new race of Ganon's creation would have to be introduced.  You know, like those "uber orcs" from LOTR.  Were those different?  I don't remember, nor do I really care.  That's why I'm in a LoZ Union and not a LOTR Union.
