Ok. New Arc is up. Discuss about squads, captains, lts, seat officers, points, contests, etc. It has to deal with the main thing.

SQUADS OR CONTESTS

In this arc theme, we are celebrating each former captain, lt, and seat officer for the 2 years of the Gotei 13. We want all current captains, lts, acting lts, and every seat officer here to congrats these formers for helping the Gotei 13 Union reaching this point. The formers are famous. Really Famous. They did things that others couldn't have guts to do. And I will like to say this. Our Symbol for to this arc is a certain former captain. This former has the guts to do anything here in the Gotei 13. IF you know who I'm talking about, you guess it right. That former captain is the one and only

Dracon08. 2nd Former Captain Hitsugaya of the 10th Squad Division.

This arc is still under the operation of

Crimson Hypnosis.

Listen up and listen good! This only deals with this arc and the future arcs. Meaning. You better keep this business here and only here. IF you take it somewhere else without my permission, I will deal with you personal. Now then. I'm creating the new Organization Desert Rouge 7. This will link with the Urahara Shop. Urahara Shop deals with 1 thing only. Squad Roster. That's it. Desert Rouge 7 deals with something different. Komamura and Dracon should know what I mean by this.

Now then. There's a reason the number 7 in the group name. I'm only doing 7 Squads. There are limits to the top 6 squads. The 7th Squad is for captains/recruits that didn't join or didn't get in on time. I can make some expections but not that many. Each group leader has a unique or different name. Old Man is the Vice Chairman of the Desert Rouge 7. That means he's like me when comes to the Gotei 13. Once I post the squads, I will post the rules afterwards.

Rules:

1. If it deals with Gotei 13 Squads, you can the issue or whatever here. If it Desert Rouge 7, I want the issue kept here or PM me. If can't do that, I will deal with you personal.

2. Leaders can not decide who they want in their squad. However, if they up for the challenge, they need to find another squad or go straight to the Recruiters.

3. If a Leader resign, I will replace that person. IF not, I will let the Vice Captain or Vice Chief to take over to be Leader.

4. Please Have fun and follow GS rules.

5. You need help, go to your leader or me.

6. Respect please. If I see one ugly post towards another person, I will take you out of this group.

7. (Dealing with Test) - You have to make a 17 or higher to be qualified of being a leader. Each test will have 20 questions. The 3 test are not the same. If one person makes a 20, and 3 others make a 17 or 18. The 17 or 18 members will join in that squad automacitally unless that want to join another squad. You can take 3 test at once.

Kuchiki, Kisuke.  This looks like it will be quite the Arc.  I remember being on Dracon's squad when I first joined the Gotei 13 last January.  I can say it was definately a lot of fun and full of antics.  Well I voted already ans hoping that I got it right... I said 10.  I can't believe it's been a year and soon to be 8 months for me.  I remember being Lt. Kira for a while though short lived because of a restart, never-the-less it was fun.
