[Gotei 13's Banner] Reaper's Choice

Reaper's choice! Listen closely. 

I want everyone to decide what will be on the Union's banner. Everyone has to be one on this. I give you all until the 4th of June. 

Also. You have to decide if it will be a gif banner or a pic banner.  I giving the reapers (no non-members. no outsiders) the choice for our Gotei 13 Union Banner. After that, the designers will come together how to design it.  At the end, it will be our new banner. If not, we still be haunted by Yoruichi forever. :lol: :| Sad isn't....?

If its a GIF banner, thats Old Man's forte, but if its not, then YAY!HybridKing

But you are still in on what you want on there. Either way, you will come together and help out. We all are.

Nothing wrong but I want to pull in another option. I want everyone to join in. I think it time for a change on how we run things. For certain things.

I think a GIF featuring Ichigo's progression throughout the series would be nice. For example, each cycled image can be Ichigo from a different season in battle form or something of that nature. It's just a thought, I'll try to come up with some more ideas.

Ichigo been a noob since he was born. I in other hand knew how to react to Yoruichi's surprise. That noob told her to put some clothes on. What a noob. :lol: jk 

But anyway. Gotei 13 theme should be epic with Epic Former Captains and Current Captains. Plus they must be popular. So I guess we should have a vote or show all?

I agree. Like I said. Since this is Gotei 13, we need former and current Captains, Lts, etc, of the Gotei 13.

Looks like someone took my idea to heart. If we got rid of the top and bottom banner, the existing photo with everyone looking GQ would be a sick banner for this union.
