Anyways, posting this here since I guess its squad signup related. I am going to be doing a overhaul of the 1st squad roster. USS will be removed from it since I found out he left that squad ages ago.

Furthermore, all members of 1st and 10th squad are allowed to make 1 free switch, due to the captain switch, if they feel they want to follow their origional captain. This will only be one time and not count against the previously posted limit to frequency of squad switching.

However, I will be checking in with all 1st squad members, any who do not respond, unless I somehow know otherwise or get information as to why they dont respond, I will remove under the assumption they "quit silently".

That is all. Posted it here because I think its relevant to this threads purpose.

i think i will put a penalty in switching from squad to squad. You are the user with the most switches like ever...
also the penalty will make the users think carefully the squad they're going to join, and not randomly pick one...

How about putting them for one month in Afro-san's squad that's stationed in Karakura town? (thus having the implications that they're away from Soul Society and can't partake in games and events etc. for that one month)

Actually its not "well whatever" Uss ... doing this switching like that is a bad example and i agree with Aizen, there should be some kind of penalty for the people that abuse the squads like that.  I like Capt. Hitsu's thoughts on it actually.  

As far as how often a member is allowed to switch squads (or even characters) .. well every 6 months seems reasonable to me, that would equate to TWICE a year.  In fact I will be enforcing this on the Bleach Character thread starting this month (June 2011) and will post this information there as soon as I get a few other tasks taken care of.

Like I said. He and others like to switch alot will wait for 2 months. Until the final decision.

Alright. I read history of this thread, squads, etc.

USS been switching.  Sept.28, 2010 was when he said he will stay with Squad 13 permanently. 

So here's the deal. Remove him still. He will be on a waiting list. However, no penalties for this kind of thing. Not that serious. What's serious is having 2  or more accounts. And that person is in 3 different squads. Can anybody remember? Yeah. The WZ incident. 

That is very true Kisuke, I totally didn't even think of that when I made my reply to Uss's post.  I would like to appologize to him on that regard, I surely didn't mean to get what may have come across as upset about the issue.  

Anyway, like you said Kisuke, recruits that like to change squads should wait at least 2 months before switching, that's reasonable.  What I really don't like is when a recruit joins a squad and 2 - 3 weeks later changes/switches.

2 months waiting period is a test I created last year. And I'm not talking about a m/c test, short discussion, or whoever the guy that created written test. 

This test depends on your actions for the next 2 months. Already test 1 person out and she pass. 

Now then. This situation is done. Let's move on.  USS will be apart of the Urahara Shop (waiting room) until the upcoming date is pass.

Sounds good to me...kind of reminds me of how a job gives you a "trial period" to see how well you can do the job and get along with the other people there...

Yeah, I agree. Rather than penalty; simply make them wait. Make sure of their decision. I would only do the "your not in a squad at all because your waiting" if they abuse the system. That could be what the penalty is. Otherwise we punish the people who change squads legitimately.daorack
