hmmm kat, that makes me think; perhaps its a good idea to make ppl make a Primary and Secondary vote, if the person voted in cant make it, then everyone who voted for him; their secondary vote becomes their "vote". (so secondary vote doesnt mean anything unless that person cant show up).

Just an idea.

If that be the case; my secondary vote would be RF.
