Assassin's Creed 2 looked great for the most part. As far as SotC goes, it's a little dated, but it's most likely the most stunning game on the PS2 as far as visuals. Uncharted 2 took it to the next level.
Well they asked for the most stunning game visually, and that's what Crysis is. If we're talking about a mixture of both artistic design and visuals from a technical perspective, then yes, it would be a different game.
One guy just said Raging Blast 2 was more graphic than Crysis, and the only game that could even hold up to Raging Blast 2's graphics would be God of War 3....What the hell?
In its time, Final Fantasy 6 was an incredible visual feast. Today i would have to put Metro 2033 or Resident Evil 5 with all details and "HD" effect/ Blur motion enabled as the top visual games on the PC side.
God of War 3 didn't impress me in the graphics department for some reason. The artistic design was good but nothing wow'd me besides the huge scale of the environments. And Killzone 2 and Uncharted 2 aren't THE best looking games this gen. They're pretty far up there though.
