Looks good, I'll most likely get it sometime.

I'm guessing 8.0-8.5 at gamespot, it will do well.

IMO Crysis was innovative,gorgeous and unique FPS which certainly deserves 9.5

It was a soulles generic FPS, with great core gameplay that was weighed down by poor design decisions and a total gameplay shift half way in that ruined the game. The alien bits just lost what made the game interesting, it just became a badly made frustrating, yet graphically proficient, FPS.

It's based on parts of the game though. If you like generic art design and aliens that force you to play the game in a very linear and boring fasion, then thats fine.

I felt like two different parts of the game made it better, AI from crytek is one of the best so battle with aliens was really satisfying.

The alien AI was terrible. Completely terrible, they were glitchy as hell and just took bullets by the gallon. The only thing that makes crysis interesting is its sandbox gameplay and that was taken away at the half way point. 

How can we both have completely different opinion on this game?:roll:

I played most of the good fps like Half life,GoW,Max payne,CoD series,Battlefield series,Halo series(Played this in internet cafe so i don't know much about campaign)

But Crysis is always special for me.

I didn't think twice while posting it, I just remembered all the good shooting games i played and forgot whether it is FPS or TPS.

Also never knew altering code to make Crysis as TPS:o

It is possible, seems a tad pointless though. I am tempted to do so just to see if the animation holds up, or whether its like CoD third person view where your character looks really weird.stephenage
