A personal favourite of mine.
We haven't had the voting yet, Riku's has just been put up until then because some people suggested it.
Don't worry, there's still hope for your entry >_> :P
Just for future refference guys, if I'm getting on anyones nerves in any way, just tell me and I'll stop what ever I'm doing. You don't have to bottle it all up and hide from my sight, I'd rather you just come out straight with it.
Just putting that out there. :P

How can I resize GIFs?
AveryMarx
If you don't have photoshop or anything else like that (all I have is Irfanview and GIMP), what I do is extract all the frames in Irfanview, do a batch resize, and then open all the frames back up in GIMP and turn it back into an animation.
Resizing a gif in GIMP seems to degrade the quality somewhat. But I'm certainly no expert at this stuff. I'm sure someone else has better tips :P
I would like to resize this to fit as an avatar. 80 x 80

I was trying to do the exact same thing with a Derpy Avatar not long ago, resizing an animated GIF.
Gave up and just drew what I got now, copied off a pause when she's getting zapped by lightning. :P

I demmand the first topic in here be about Bulbasaur!sune_Gem
How about Vulpix or Ninetales instead? both in which can beat Bulbasaur easly. As for grass starters I like Chikorita better.
I think it's if the disk isn't perfectly flat. I may be wrong. Why do some DVDs spin so fast and noisily in my laptop when others dont? It's really annoying.
AveryMarx

maybe it's your laptop, even a year with almost everyday use can be breaking to some objects.Â
