One Winged Angel is definitely cool. Dancing Mad (FFVI) and Otherworld (FFX) were very cool too, along with the post-Otherworld theme. Unfortunately, I can't remember FFVIII's final battle music well.
The one that frequently accompanies Seymour in X, like during the Seymour Flux battle ect. don't remember the name. The whole 80s $15 casio quality music keeps me from naming any older numbers, as well done as they may be, but if there ever is a 7 remake I'd probably change my vote.
