So, how does it make you feel once you have conquered all, defeated the original evil that has been around since the very start, and about to head for the final dungeon, the final boss, the end, all side quests now avaliable, all weapons able to be sought after.

What are your feelings once you reach the point?  Happy? Excited? Sad? Nostalgic?

Please share!

Here is lists of the Final Parts from FFs:

FF1:
After defeating all Elements, and done all crystals
FF4:
After Golbez has went to the moon with FoYoSu (sp?)
FF6:
The World of Ruin
FF7: Disc 3

FF8: Disc 4

FF9: Disc 4

FF10:
After Yunalesca
FF10-2: Chapter 5

FF12:
After Pharos
Well I'm usually a little sad because I like the story to continue (be careful what you wish for *cough* FFX-2 *cough*) but this time with FFXII I just want to finish it for some reason

Well the story for FFXII, isn't long at all, it is just the dungeons after dungeons that fill up the hours. If they weren't aslong it would be a short game. Also sidequests add to the fun factor.

Yeah, the story isn't very long compared to other FF games but still longer than most non-RPG games.

Yeah for me it was like 1 year, because the 2nd disc was bad !!!!!, damn how do I hate to remember that....:P I feel sad, because you have spent a long time playing, thus the game becomes part of you for those weeks or months. When you are getting close to the end, you know everything will be over soon and well...sometimes is really game over then.

Strangely enough, when I finished FF12, I did not feel it at all. Big let down!

I get happy because I can play the game longer and do more things to prepare me for the final boss(the more powerful, the better).

At the end of VI i felt a big accomplishment because it was harder than any of the other ones i played(IV,VII,VIII) at the time but the final bos was a tad easy.

I was quite happy at the end of FFXII. I didn't think i was going to be able to beat, gabranth then cid, then vayne then the next forms of vayne. Without any saves in between :)

I was a bit upset when I finished FFXII but I don't think the story was as emotional as FFX's for example.

Well RPG is supposed to be longer then non-RPG's...RPG is so large games, and XII isn't that:(
