an interesting idea for a final fantasy game

Im sure the hardcore gamers would automatically think it was a childs gam and boycott it. just like chocobo tales, a fantastic game, but gets some stick by some gamers

hmmm... considering the fact that the only games to have chocbos as main characters are still considered spin-offs, there is hardly a chance for one of those mascots to be a main character.

However, i'd really love to see one. If not, a cactuar spin-off sounds fun :D lol. cactuar racing, anyone?

not counting Final Fantasy 9 and 11, there are no main characters that are non-human, why not make the next one (not counting 13) a moogle, cactuar, or tonberry?Shadow_Fire41

Red XIII wasn't thee main character, like Cloud, squall, Zidane, Cecil, ect. Which is what the TC is talking about.

And i don't really care if the main character is human or not, as long as whatever it is a good main character.

I can think of it now! Chocobo wings, chocobo subs, chocobo steaks, chocobo alfredo, chocobo stir-fry, chocobo eggs sunny side up...yummy. 8)

seriously, I would like to see another FF like FFI, where you choose the class of your character before you even begin, and can give them cool names. And there'd be many more jobs than FFi offered, and you could also make your character male or female!

I want some middle aged protagonists from the ones I've played VII-XII there all teens to early 20's its good with thirteen it's a female protagonist but she still looks young when will we get an older character who doesn't have a love interest and remains cynical from their experience of life let the romance go to side characters.

I'd also like to see it set around a modern day environment, I think it would allow for a great experience although how the monsters and chocobos would be explained idk.

I actually like young 16-18 year old teenage protagonists more, because I can connect with them more easily...me being 17 years old and all...DJ-Lafleur

I must just be getting old I guess :( not that I'm middle aged or anything (I'm 22) I think it's just a case I wan't a bit of a change.
