Shu: Zhao Yun - Ever calm, loyal, strong, and heroic, he never lost his cool, grew arogant, or had any obvious or glaring faults (except perhapes for being a goody goody, but only the wicked would think of that as being a major flaw). The personification of the word hero.
Wu: Lu Meng - A decent fighter himself, he also realized the need for brains and strategy, so he studied his posterior off learning tactics and philosophy and what not in order to better serve his master.
Wei: Zhang Liao - An honorable yet feirce warrior who also knew how to command and inspire. Should have joined Shu imo, but such are the tides of fate.
Other: Lu Bu - ................ really, the name says it all.
