Not much news is known about this game thus far, but discuss anyway:
In non related Video Gaming news there will also be an upcoming Dragon Ball Z game called ZENKAI Battle Royale

The DS game let's you do special attack by shouting the attack names into the ds microphone.
And Bad news, the Zenikai battle royale has stunning grapphics however it will only be released on a japanese arcade system.

There has been discussions in forums about the possibility of the Zenka turning to a ps3/360 game as was super dragon ball z who knows though.
