Well, the only thing happening in the union at the moment is the colloseum. The Brawl would be going if we had at least one more person. Nothing else is happening. ... ... ... So, what are we going to do? (shouting quietly) I have some ideas but I can't do much about them with only a few people here.
We need ideas for getting things to happen. Just remember that getting people to join the union and getting people to participate in the union are two different things. We need both.
I have to say I don't really know. My recruiting skills are quite bad, hehehehe..............Getting them to participate is even harder, if they aren't the right kind of ppl they don't see a reason to bother.
It's ironic: we have over 80 people in the union, and only three are regular posters, another three are posting every-so often, and the rest don't post at all. At this rate, we're barely keeping the union alive. I'll try posting a friendly invite as one of my blogs (possibly tonight). The union recruitment forum is out of the question...it rarely works at the rate topics get posted.
I don't expect much from the blog ad, Sithy's managed to get us a total of zero members, thank you for trying anyway Sithy.alx222000
lol My blog-peeps aren't really.................How should I say it........................Guild-material :P I don't know what's wrong with ppl, I like the place, I guess the other 76 just don't bother.
I guess I'm partially to blame since I dont really post very much at all :oops: I really only posted when we were doing the brawl (mine is going slow at the moment) and a few times i took part in the quiz room. As for getting back on track with the union I can only sugest to get more eager members. i will invite all my friends (I have a decent amount) but otehr tahn taht I cant do much more. sorry :(
Im not a regular poster but i do come in and check up on the place, see whats going on, if there is anything new or maybe catch a new stroy someone wrote something like that. But i think people dont post or are active because they dont know the purpose of the union. Even to me that isnt very clear.I assume its everybody chipping in their own and masterpeices to share with others, whether its a stroy, an avatar or sig that they designed. But when i come in their isnt much that intereses me so i dont post, but i guess i should, ill try and be on more...
Yeah, I need to change the union description, I'm just not sure what I should write. The point of the union is to be creative whichever way suits you (without being disruptive) and to generally have fun. The fact is we're running out of ideas for new threads and all our best members are busy these days, including me.
Maybe you need a veteran to help you out :wink: No don't worry I am not crawling back here for another officership. :lol:
But I did rejoin after I came to check up on the place. To tell you the truth it's in horrible shape. Only like 4 topics with new posts. So I decided to join and help the place out. You (is it polite to say we?) need to get back to your old ways. The union used to have at least 10 active topics, all of which were very interesting. I have a new new friends I have made in my absence. Maybe they will accept.
New ideas for the union? Well........ maybe I'll get ideas but..... for now none.

I do have a couple of ideas, a new type of random thread, I'll make a thread for ideas towards that shop we were talking about, and I have a basic idea for a new thread game equal to The Brawl, the game I need time to work on the rules though.
