My top 10 favorites would have to be Gunslinger Girl, Rurouni Kenshin, Deathnote, Trigun, Cowboy Bebop, Outlaw Star, Paranoia Agent, Bleach, Mobile Suit Gundum, and Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex. The list of what I've seen and read is quite long, I don't really want to post it unless someone really wants to see.

I don't really understand why people don't like the new ones. Sure, there are some stupid ones, but if you really look, I'm sure you can find something that you'd like. A kind of sleeper hit over here in America called Gunslinger Girl was amazing, although it was only 13 episodes (they have a second season airing in Japan currently). If you youtube it, I'm sure you'll find some episodes of it.

No they dont show it in tv anymore. I watch it on youtube and one website I think it's animeridge.com they have a lot of anime dub/sub its a good site to watch some anime
I lost interest in watching Rurouni Kenshin after the battle with Shishio, but it's still a good anime nonetheless.. Ronstera
That's because after that it's all filler episodes. The Shishio battle is the end of the manga, along with some material for the OVA series (check it out, I think it's better than the regular series, definitely much darker).

I watched the OVA long time ago as well as the movie.. Anyway, Rurouni Kenshin's music is by far one of the best I've seen in an anime..
The OVA had a darker tone than the anime. Only because it was when Kenshin was different. was a good OVA nonetheless.

Yes, it may have only been because Kenshin was Battosai, but still, I liked that darker tone. I especially like the fact that they got the same voice actor for at least Kenshin that was used in the anime. It's probably my favorite way to "waste" away a day. I would be the directors cut with the OVA and the movie, but I don't have $100.
Man I cant even get ahold of any anime DVDs. Do you know a store or something that sells them? asian_pride69
FYE, Best Buy (although some don't have great selection), Borders (again, sometimes not a great selection), Barnes and Noble (same). That's where I see/buy them.
There's like 20 billion different Gundam series'. XD On my "to watch list": Bokurano, Excel Saga, School Days, and Welcome to the NHK. I watched the older Gundam series. I think it was called Gundam Wing or something like that. I loved that show, and had the toy Gundams.:P

Yeah it was Gundam Wing....the best Gundam in the whole Gundam universe dont hate :P
I used to have just one toy Gundam I think it was the Gundam 000 if I remember...:roll:
