Your Favorite Downloadable Game this Gen?

For me Castle Crashers. $15 gave me 30-40 hours of gameplay. Many retail games give me like 10 hours of gameplay. Castle Crashers you rock. Behemoth you rock even harder.

Wipeout HD (+ the Fury Expansion). Such an addicting game...

While it did go retail with physical copies I'd still say Plants vs. Zombies

Great music, very humorous, and I was addicted. Probably played for around 30-40 hours.

My brother was skeptical about it, and when he played it he ended up dropping CoD4 for about a week as he played Plants vs Zombies non-stop every day after work :D

From what I've downloaded and played:

-Super Stardust HD > Highly Underrated

-WipEout HD > Criminally underrated. Whoever reviewed this on GS is worse than the guy who reviews R&C ToD IMO :|

-WipEout HD Fury> Greatest DLC I have played.

-EchoChrome> This game has made my brain cells explode in awesome awe. When I first played it I couldn't believe that such a game played in such a way

-Fat Princess> Though I overhyped this one a lot, it's still enjoyable, charming, and bloody fun. I'm waiting for that free DLC and the patch that will make the game more balanced.

I am hotly anticipating Castle Crashers, some other XBLA exclusive I'm forgetting, and Braid (which I still hope comes to PSN)

My friends uber siked for Castle Crashers PS3 (if it ever comes)

I like Fat Princess and Shatter. I might like Zen Pinball if I get better at it.

World of Goo... does Steam count? If so, Half Life 2

Machinarium, Wipeout HD, Time Gentlemen Please!, Tales of Monkey Island and Braid. I've enjoyed others, but these games stood out in my mind.

Agreed, other than VC games I'll go BF1943

By far World of Goo...well, not that far, i also loved to death Plants vs Zombies, but i still think that World of Goo is the better one.

Geo wars 1/2 (still the best twin stick shooter imo)

As many have said, BF1943 rocks. So worth the money.
