I guess I really need to stop hoping that they'll make a truly awesome ninja gaiden game

Well, that's kind of disappointing. I will probably still give it a shot when it gets cheap. A 6.5 isn't very good, but I think this game looks like something that I can get at least some enjoyment out of. Doesn't Devil's Third come out this year? Maybe that will be good. I have seen next to nothing from it.

It certainly looks nice. The art style is fairly appealing I must say.

A Ninja Gaiden...that borrows from God of War. I think I might puke.

Just the other day I was thinking how great of a game Ninja Gaiden is.

huge NG fan but i wouldnt touch this with a 10ft pole. Not cause of the score but im turned off by cel-shaded games

Can Sony or MS just help the original NG creator to buy the franchise from Tecmo? I know it won't happen, but it needs too., Team Ninja is in name only, a shell of their former selves.

And this game costs 60 euro on PC, 10 euro more than any other game and 20 euro more than something like South Park.

The game seems more like Deadpool rather than Ninja Gaiden... And just like Deadpool, the reviews are looking pretty bad.

Worst part of this is that the PC userbase will HAVE TO buy this game if they want better Ninja Gaiden games on the PC.

Great score. Can't wait to play it.

A bad Spark Unlimited game? Shocking!

At what point does the Tecmo boss feel like an asshole for giving Itagaki a hard time. Yeah Itagaki had an ego, but after the way Team Ninja have performed without him and his team, it was a small price to pay.

They're nothing, they might as well help RARE out with cleaning the toilets, because that's all both are worth now,

Itagaki can do more with the DS then the current team can do period.

Game trailer looked terrible so I'm not shocked

Im still interested.To be honest I dont know how anyone was expecting that this will be like NG when its a spin off game.I know I wasint. What I saw was a simple hack and slash with alot of violence and crude humore. Ill form my own opinion whenever I get it.

IMO they are one of the more honest websites. Being harsh on the game you hyped to death doesn't mean it's not a shitty and repetitive game.

@jhonMalcovich: I dunno. I don't think Tecmo will have any incentive to support the PC if their Steam debut doesn't sell.

To be honest sometimes their opinion feel harsh for the sake of being harsh.

I have yet to really get into Ninja Gaiden but I hear great things. Shame this one has done poorly though.

The worst part is that there may never be better Ninja Gaiden games. All the talent has left.

A poor game, which it sounds like, deserves a poor score

Glad I still have NGB on 360, NGS on Vita, NG2 on 360. Shame that this once great series has gone to trash. I'm with you TC. We may as well give up hope.
