GS gave the game a 4 - ouch!
- THE GOOD
- Action has some shallow appeal at first
- The scripted parkour moves are great fun
- THE BAD
- Abysmal writing and dialogue
- Frustrating combat scenarios lack rhythm and flow
- Lots of bad camera angles
- Poorly implemented execution moves

From earlier - Game Informer review
6.5
"Like its second-fiddle protagonist, Yaiba: Ninja Gaiden Z resides in the shadow of many other better third-person action games, but it’s not terrible if you’re specifically looking for a schlocky Saturday."
I guess I really need to stop hoping that they'll make a truly awesome ninja gaiden game
