The thrilling cel-shading FPS is back with a remake

Play as XIII, a talented soldier who lost his memory and has been accused of killing the President of the United States. You wake up injured and amnesic on Brighton Beach with the only clue being a small key and a mysterious XIII tattoo next to your clavicle. It’s now your job to search for answers through a 34 levels solo campaign. Don’t worry, you will find the appropriate weapon arsenal along the way.

XIII’s remake will be available on November 13th, 2019 both in physical and in digital editions on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PC and Mac.

Have been waiting for its gameplay reveal since it was announced. was surprised it was not at E3 but then no game shown at E3 this year. Really looking forward to this because i really liked original game. was such a nice comicy FPS. lets hope it will be less cartoony this time but retain comicy stuff that was fresh.

Yeah I want to see some gameplay too, I hope it stays faithful to the original.

Definitely it stay true to cell shaded roots but graphical improvement i have seen is incredible from concept art. not too cartoony but not too realistic either.

so glad ubisoft are not doing remake instead some other developers are doing.

Extremely edgy opinion - prefer the look of the original

If they keep original look. it would have been called remaster like how borderlands 3 looks exactly like borderlands 2.

making remake means reinvented the entire game. and give it new look. i dont like overly cartoonish.

Call of juarez gunslinger is cell shaded but not overly cartoonish and this is best cell shaded look i have ever seen. so i hope new XIII will have gunslinger kind of look.

Well xiii was a good enough shooter not really sure I have much desire for a remaster vs a new FPS or a sequel!
