XBSEX- First 18 mins of Call of the Sea (looks kinda like a borefest, but could be fun??)

Looks like sea of theives..

but without most of the gameplay..

If it's on Game Pass I'll play it. And now I don't need to put any deep thought into whether I want to spend the money, whether it meets my standards, none of that.

Adventure games are a borefest for folks not into to adventure games. Its on Gamepass no? If it is, I will give it a gander.

I tend to enjoy first person puzzle games, so would def give this one a go if it got into my orbit.

Depending on how well is the exploration handled it might be right up my alley.

If Sea of Thieves took out all the thieves.

This vs bugsnax. battle of the generation.

It's games like this why I justify getting an Xbox and Gamepass in the first place. Would I pay full price for the game? No probably not, but if it's included in my sub then sure I'll check it out. Hell, it may wind up being a good game. I do like playing these types of games with my wife. We have played many search and find and adventure puzzle games over the years.

Just because it isn't a genre you may personally like doesn't mean it doesn't have a following or fanbase behind it. If these types of games weren't popular they wouldn't exist by now. On that note there are hundreds of these types of games.

Hands down, my most anticipated title of the year (yes, looking forward to this more than Cyberpunk).

In case you can't tell from my signature, I am a huge fan of Myst-style adventure games. I was born and raised on Myst and its sequels. It goes without saying I am quite excited for this! :P

Furthermore, I am really hoping the puzzles are good in this one. Too many "adventure" games nowadays have devolved into crappy walking sims. A shame. I want to explore a beautiful world while having my mind stretched... having to take notes on the things I observe and put my knowledge of the world and its mechanics to the test! Oh man, count me in. I am so freaking pumped!

had my fill of over saturated cartoon-esq games...im wanting more realistic RDR2 grafix...fingers crossed fable has changed from its cartoony art style

thats why imo scorn is the best thing shown up to now

Is the Voice actor the same that voiced Chloe in Uncharted? Too bad she picks games like these.
