Really loved the VITA. I wanted a Freedom Wars update ala Monster Hunter G but I can't blame Sony killing the system quietly.

I think 1X is gonna do much better in the US at least sales wise at the end of the gen.

You know if you search and find my thread where I tested an xbox one x before it was out and answered questions about it. Had it pre-ordered and cancelled when final product came out.

I don't agree at all. Given what it is it's already surpassed the PlayStation 4 Pro in terms of developer support and enhancements and it's breathing new life into old games at the same time. Look at Conker, look at him!

There's two very different kinds of game styles that come out of Japan, normal minded games like Shenmue, Zelda, Yakuza, Resident Evil, SoulCalibur etc. Then there's the weeb games like Persona, Disgaea, Catherine, Attack on Titan, Xenoblade etc...

You know OP I agree with you. Vita blossomed when it came to indie games, because AAA games didn't seem to exist and x1x does great with xbox 360 games, but failing when it comes current gen exclusive. Maybe x1x should be marketed as a xbox 360 console, home of the most powerful Emulator ever created, xb1x .

@daredevils2k: The only AAA games the x1x doesn't have are the handful that are on PS4. In my book, that's God of War, HZD and maybe Uncharted 4.

The real big AAA games like CoD, FIFA, Bf, GTA, Destiny etc are all available, and all look better on x1x.

Amazing how we were told by cows at about the humongous difference between 1080p and 720p, but now it's a slight little difference between 4k and 1440p(or less)

Plus, you'd have to buy a X1X AND a 4K tv to play multiplats avaliable on PC and PS4.

Besides, most multiplats on X1X are checkerboard 4K.

Vita has games. I'd take Persona 4 Golden, Freedom Wars, Gravity Rush, World of Final Fantasy, and Tearaway over the whole Xbox 1 library

@boycie: You always forget it was also about being $100 cheaper. Both released the same time also. If Pro and X released the same month, and X was $100 cheaper, then you'd have a point in comparing the base models with the mid-gen models. As it is, they didn't release at the same time, the X is a newer system and at least $100 more(depends on where you shop). It's the equivalent of saying a $800-$1000 PC can outperform the X... Well duh. The difference in visuals between 720p and 1080p is more noticeable than 1440p(or better yet, 1080p checkerboarding method) and 2160p. The higher the res gets, the less noticable it'll be. Plus tricks like checkerboarding is making it really difficult to tell the difference. I will say this though, the textures are where the X stomps Pro on. Not too many talk about it over resolution, but that's a big plus(probably the extra RAM X has).

I would compare the Xbone with SNEs Classic, a new system to play previous generation games.
