Maybe because Windows Phones suck?
Does anyone realy care? Do you realy care TC?
I'm full of care. The XBox brand floundering in the booming mobile space? Yes. It's important. Especially when you consider the fact that MS bought Nokia to compete in this space.
Yes, it does matter. It might not matter to a lot of people who have chosen competing products, but that's the crux of the matter. Pain in the game.
Of course he doesn't care but its bad news for MS so he reports on it
I like MS. I use Windows at work all the time as well as for gaming. This is XBox related. If you're going to typecast me, get it right.
Oh sorry didn't know you had a windows phones since this seems more like windows phone problem. I would think mostly people that have or want windows phone would care.

I have an HTC windows phone 8 and I don't care at all. Got the phone cheap, it works great, great camera, great audio for music. I have tried but just don't get into gaming on my phones.
Great, that's totally a good way to inspire confidence in the userbase that you intend to support the platform.
I'm giving Telus until the end of August to release Windows Phone 8.1. If they don't, I'm selling my Lumia 1020 and upgrading to a Note 3 (yes, I know the Note 4 is coming next year, but I can't wait that long for a functional phone). Unless I can find a cheap, used S3/4 to wait with.
That's unfortunate, although I own a Windows Phone and I think it's great, I just could never game on it too much.....smart phone screens are just too small for that. I guess this also includes the Xbox games for their surface tablets, and I'm surprised they de-listed a game like Harvest, it was the only one I got for my tablet and it was a good game(like a sci-fi kind of Diablo).
In a way I'm happy they were not too successful in the mobile space, I want them to concentrate their efforts on the Xbox One.
another fucking clueless Moogenja bait and bullshit thread
So some shit games that nobody cares about are removed from WP7 WP8 and Windows 8 whoopdee fucking doooo
I have a windows phone 8, it is a great phone with a good camera and is very easy to use, those are the reasons i own it.
I play a couple of random games on it like Star Wars Assault team and Tiny death star, I play on my phone about once a month.
My Brother!!!
Yeah, Windows Phone 8 is a great OS. Very under-appreciated but it has been getting a lot of official apps lately. Not to mentioned it finally surpassed the Amazon Kindle Fire Appstore.
As a Windows Phone user, all I can ask is "am I supposed to care?". I bought a Windows Phone because it was a cheap phone that gets the things I want done. If I wanted to play games or use a lot of apps in general, I would've gone for an Android. I don't think many people who want to play games on their phones are buying anything with Windows Phone on it, so this probably isn't going to affect many people.
That said, Microsoft should be trying to change that factor, instead of solidifying it further with this kind of thing.
@magicalclick: If you are talking about the developer preview, I tried that already. It went through the update process and nothing happened. I followed all the instructions and it took almost 20 minutes to install (to me that suggests a huge update).
It was really weird. And either way, I'm almost set on switching back to Android now. Even with all the upgrades, it won't have the Google Play store.
