Lol, that console fanboy actually had the audacity to claim that the console version(If it releases for consoles) would be better than the PC. 2013 and 2014 are looking to be great years for PC gamers and It's too bad console fanboys are going to miss out.

Not sure why not, as when the 360's version labled as the ENHANCED EDITION was labled as the best untill they brought those benefits to PC.  It's marketing plain and simple and hes not going to push a version of a game on consoles that havent even been annouced yet. Regardless I expect the next consoles to play it at max settings and 1080p with 30 to 60fps.  Outside of Mod support the next console versions should easily be on par with the pc. 

I dont care to be honest. As long as I get to play one of these things. Missed out on witcher 1 and 2.

Enhanced Edition is just a naming scheme CDPR uses when they add significant content to their game, it was used for the original Witcher as well.  Also the Enhanced Edition patch for the PC came out on the same day as the game came out on the 360, they didn't wait to bring the enhancements to the PC.

It took till about 2011 for AMD to have HD3D while nvidia had it long before than I believe

I doubt the PC version running perfectly will have that much technical benefits over a PS4 version.

PC is good for low teir / low priority games. Might check it out during a Steam firesale though.

Yeah, it will be superior on PC....if you have a beefy rig. I know my current rig won't perform better than the PS4. I dont' know if I will be getting it for PS4 or PC. We'll see.
