Will Mario be goat?

srs question. It looks like that sort of game. goatness written all over it. nintendo is officially back.

I'm not sure. I know you can possess dinosaurs in it but I haven't seen any goats yet.

Mario is Goat. This game may not be Goat, but it will be one of those titles stuck in times and always talked about decades later. Mario games are always talked about generations later.

Only because reviewers are terrified of Nintendo and give them high score so they don’t get hit or bullied.

I already know it's a 7/10 at best. Of course it will get higher scores because of the Yakuza, but we all know the true number score deep down.

I really think so. Especially after BotW. Nintendo's got their game right this gen.

I waiting for a reviewer to actually give an honest review and not "I am too scared of the back lash of rabbit fanboys so I will inflate the scores."

In all honesty it doesn't look all that great, the realistic vs cartoony style just isn't working for me.

I dont think it will be better than Super Mario World, Nintendo's greatest game but, it will for sure be amazing.

i saw some footage from the n64 castle, dissapointing they didn't remade the levls but still nice

I also saw some more footage, and frankly the game looks and sounds fantastic. Its by far my most anticipated game for sure.

Just looking for reasons to call it overating is EXACTLY the same as Over-hyping it.

Excellent previews, gameplay trailers and the 10/10edge review aside... you have nothing to base your "bias" on.

I dont see many talk about Mario Sunshine or mario 3d world to be honest. Hell not even for Mario galaxy series.

Mario games are great though whatever the case though .

Will it be the one true GOAT? Unclear. It has potential for sure, and a lot of people are hyped about it, but until we get the game in our hands we can only speculate.

I'm just waiting to see if it'll be as good as A Hat in Time.

@AzatiS: Mario sunshine still gets talked about and still get appreciation for what it was. Its still one of the best platformers of that generation.

Odyssey is gonna be Game of the Year on most websites, I'm calling it. And probably a good run for Game of the Decade. It looks amazing.
