Why do people make these threads?SaltyMeatballsBecause in reality atarikid has no friends so he instead trolls a gaming forum creeating retarded posts. Im sure it was more rhetorical lol.

[QUOTE="AtariKidX"][QUOTE="kweeni"]I doupt Nintendo wants to go out of business so I'm sure that's not true.JohnnyCageMKThen why ZombiU is $59.99....? Even at $60 their games are overpriced. That's true, but at least they aren't more overpriced than their competition at that price point.
[QUOTE="zarshack"]Not all games but Mario and Zelda pretty much never go down in price, Nintendo games in general do take a lot longer to go down then PS360 games. Only because they still sell, but it's a bulls*** reason. Even the GameCube didn't pull this crap and their games (Mario, Zelda, Metroid, and to some extent Pokemon) still sold well there, despite the system getting ridiculed. The GameCube was the same situation. I Remeber looking for Melee years after it launched and it was still 50$.[QUOTE="campzor"]thats how much nintendo first party titles are here in australia for the wii... unlike ms and sony...nintendos dont drop...nintendoboy16

[QUOTE="charizard1605"][QUOTE="RyanShazam"]Maybe it was just Melee then. I always remember Nintendo games keeping their value for long amounts of time though.RyanShazamI'm positive it was just Melee. Which, now that I think about it, never entered Player's Choice :?I don't think it ever became a Player's Choice also. I'm on my phone so I don't feel like searching lol. Nope, it was Players Choice.

Funny, I never saw it anywhere. Maybe they just conveniently forgot to stock it :P

That's crazy! I bought my 2nd copy of Melee after the Wii was launched and it wasn't Player's Choice. I normally keep my receipts in my game cases but for some reason I don't have it. I wanted to see how much I payed. I actually think it was 29.99$That's crazy! I bought my 2nd copy of Melee after the Wii was launched and it wasn't Player's Choice. Looking at that makes me feel nostalgic too. <3 Melee.Come on now is it really that hard to understand that companies put up what is called as a PLACEHOLDER.. They don't want to go too low because people who preorder at say 50 dollars and the games turn out to be 60-70 have just got a big deal on the game
Not really that hard to understand but then again you only post hate threads for nintendo and such

Yeah some were. I remember Shadowgate 64 being $99. When Final Fantasy VI originally came out on the SNES, it was about $90 in Canada. I believe all that was due to the cost of manufacturing cartridges though.Werent some N64 games like 80-90 bucks new? Weird.

Yeah that does seem like history repeating. But I'm still siding with rumour and conjecture here.
I swear there was a thread like this a few weeks ago. I would guess 59.99 US for WiiU games, which means games for the next gen Sony and MS consoles will be higher.
They're already much higher. I factor in the dlc to the cost of the game. COD costs $100.I swear there was a thread like this a few weeks ago. I would guess 59.99 US for WiiU games, which means games for the next gen Sony and MS consoles will be higher.
