Wii VC = No quality control?

I'd love if VC had every single retro games ever released, its up to me to choose what i want to play.

Maybe people dont want "improvements", i shure as hell dont want them messing with my SM3, Super Mario World, Link to the Past, Mega Man 2, Sin and Punishment, OOT etc, etc...

Thats why its called Virtual Console. And dont even compare VC with XBLA...

Well if you played them all you'd know that a large chunk of them are games taken directly from the arcades that are perfectly emulated to play the way they did in the arcade cabinet.

No extras whatsoever.

Same thing Nintendo does with it's games Both services put out games that are the same as the day they were launched and intended to be enjoyed that way.

Well they should at least be cheaper.

While I agree, it is almost impossible to find games that old under $10....even on ebay especially when counting shipping. Its actually right on the ball so there is nothing we can do about it. It is slightly overrated though...Im just thankful that it has the system to begin with.

hmmm arent you just making an effort to find faults in that service, i mean, i can sympathize with the price thing but the first is just ridiculous.

VC costs what it costs because people are willing to buy them at that price, people buy Square Enix's old ports on DS and GBA at full price dont they? Wait for Chrono Trigger DS sales...

WiiWare also has original games as expensive as some VC ones, its all about what people are willing to give for these unaltered classics or original ones.

I said i sympathize with people who think its too much money for them.

As for me? I have no problem at all giving 5 euros for a Nes game, 8 for a SNES game and 10 for a N64. I dont find it expensive and some of these games are worth ALOT more.

These games are hard to find now and with VC i can choose whatever i want to play and have them all in the same console. I love it

That is why most of the people here complain about vc prices. They are not the same point value. 100 wii points = $1.00 and 100 xbox points = $1.25.

All this talk about VC is making me want to buy EarthWorm Jim for the Genesis :P
