It's up there for me with the gamecube controller and the xbox 360 controller in terms of comfort. What say you SW?

I agree, I was skeptical of it but then I tried it out at a kiosk at walmart and the thing felt pretty damn good but no games, so looool
Yeah, because multiplatform games and pretentious independent titles only matter when discussing the PC's lack of of anything worthwhile. Even then, it still has some good exclusives and many more on the way. It's only been three months. Give it a break.I agree, I was skeptical of it but then I tried it out at a kiosk at walmart and the thing felt pretty damn good but no games, so looool

how many of those scored higher than 4.5 and are not 360/ps3 ports?

I picked up a Wii U a few days ago. I haven't enjoyed gaming this much in awhile. The feel of the system is a lot of fun. Controller feels great hours into games.
It'll get games, i'm not worried. Every system that's launched lately hasn't had a stellar opening lineup.

Felt kind of awkward for me, but I've only tried at in-store demos.
Either way, the price of a Wii U includes the cost of a Pro controller for me. :>

If you get to use one out of the store it's great. It feels natural in your hands, which is suprising because of its' size.

New Super Mario Bros. U 8.5 (Exclusive)
Nintendo Land 8.0 (Exclusive)
Call of Duty Black Ops 2 8.0
ZombiU 4.5 (Exclusive MC:77)
Sonic All Star Racing 6.0
This Month: Lego Undercover and Monster Hunter U (1 exclusive and 1 Nintendo Exclusive)
well if its as comfortable as the 360 controller, then it must not be that comfortable at all.campzorTrue
Awkward at first, but it grows on you. Not a poorly designed controller but still waiting on the gameplay need for the screen.
Pro controller, however, is my least favorite between 360/PS3/Wii U. And after seeing the PS4 controller, I doubt it'll move up in that ranking.
Yea, looks pretty good as a breakfast tray.MstaPrimeMnistaNot a bad way to read the morning papers, no?
[QUOTE="MstaPrimeMnista"]Yea, looks pretty good as a breakfast tray.hiphops_saviorNot a bad way to read the morning papers, no? Id honestly carry some food on it if i needed to.
I agree. Too bad it sucks for first person shooters. I play Mario on it all the time though, and it works fine.DragonfireXZ95I found myself a harder time playing MW3 on the PS3 to be honest.
Have you actually, I don't know, played a Wii U?Too bad the controller is a bad gimmick that will be relegated to a mini map that wastes what little processing power the Wii U has.

Yeah, it's actually not only passably comfortable, but pretty exceptional, really.
Just wish it had actual triggers and it would probably be my favorite console controller, even as just a traditional gamepad.
Now I just wish it had more than three worthwhile games to play on lol.

How did you get your worthwhile game count higher then the rest of us? :D[QUOTE="DragonfireXZ95"]I agree. Too bad it sucks for first person shooters. After playing ZombiU on the WiiU controller though, I give it a big meh.

What is your point? All he is saying that he has 5 games that he likes on the console. What is the score has to do with anything?
[QUOTE="FinalFighters"]i didnt like it. my hands are to far apart when holding it and i dont like the feeling of the right analog being on top.omarissacsamething, i thought the controller felt like crap. Funny, I found the right analog stick at the top to far more natural than having them at the bottom. Dualshock 3 gives me cramps and 360 controller feels awkward to aim with.
The pro controllers are great. Will easily be the controller to use for Smash Bros. The Gamepad is amazingly comfortable. Haven't got to try the Pro controller yet though.

I grip a basketball with ease. 360 controller is garbage.

I think a lot of people would disagree, the 360 controller is really nice in the hand, if only its dpad wasn't so bad, i hear Nintendos patent ended so maybe next consoles will have a good dpad. Please Log In to post.
