3DS isn't as powerful as the Wii.
It has similar shaders so even if it can't accomplish the same gameplay it can get a similar look pretty easy.

Yes, but it was one of my top 3 most wanted games ever so, it could have gone to iPhone and I would have bought one of those for it even.
