Why isn't GTA V on for next gen consoles?

I doubt the can pull it off from a tech standpoint, it's gonna be lag and glitch haven with all the crazy open world dynamics and online features.

I hope I'm wrong but it's not the first time AAA titles have frame rate issues and the like.

I'm hoping they will anounce a next gen version along with the PC version:)

So I don't have to decide on either one anytime soon;)

Because of currently non-existant install base.

We might see it later. Seems like if Rockstar wanted to port the game to next-gen, they'd take their time on it.

Maybe we'll see it when the PC version comes out.

Plus they already have far better games available early in their launch. Like the Kinect v2 sports game, and Knack. 

im sure they will port them later,but they would be fools to announce it now.

Because they can sell more on two consoles that are a combined 155 million than they can with 2 million. 

They probably have another GTA in the works for next gen, but GTA V will be fine on current gen consoles.

Everyone who will buy an XBO or PS4 has either a 360 or a PS3.  

So...this.

I hope they port it later on.

Because they started working on it years ago.

Because more people own a PS3/Xbox360 than a PS4/XboxOne for the close future.
