Why Console wars are stupid.

Me, as a gamer couldn't care less if the ps3 sells more than the 360. I know I got the best deal and in my oppinion the best library of games. Alot of people probobly spend more time arguing about which system is going to sell more, than playing the system itself.

Well, this is what we do on SW.

Btw, more sales = more dev support. Probably why we all argue about it all the time.

People can say that sales don't matter all they want, but the simple fact is that with more market comes a much greater chance of developers wanting to capitalize on said market.

You should care. The larger the userbase for a console the more devs support it. The more games are available for YOU to buy. The higher likelyhood of there being more quality games on your system.

If you don't care about sales, you're dumb.

Your logic does make sense if you buy a system at the end of its life...because its user base has already peaked and most/all games have already been made.
