Why are Nintendo and its Fans so scared of the Sony Vita?

i never seen as many haters as the vita seems to be getting an it didn't even release yet why is everyone freaking out especially with the 3ds already bought or plans to buy it?

I am wondering what the masterminds at Sony are doing right now. Probably asking Vizio or Samsung if they wanna merge so they do not go belly up.

As a handheld, its better than the 3DS.
As for games, they have a good line up and more are being made. But 3DS has more for now.
As for sales, they're not selling as well as they should be. But 3DS is.

All the critics using the vita i've read are in love with the vita.

These reassurance topics are getting out of hand. So much trolling with these.

Because this is System Wars and bad sales are bash worthy? I'm one of the few Vita owners, I want it to be successful,, but it's not ATM. It has worse sales than the bad selling 3ds and that with a regio free device which got imported by guys like me ^^
