So many great ones that it’s too difficult to pick one. One that’s not on that list that I’ll throw out there is Saren from the first Mass Effect.

What Seymour did towards the end of FFX on Mt Gagazet puts him in the conversation for me.

Dr. Robotnik. He's both evil and hilarious, and he's always voiced by incredible talent.

Some of my other favorites are Mr. X, Lan Di, Ryuji Goda, Dr. Wily, Gaunter O'Dim, Dracula, and Ganondorf.

Frau Engel is greatest villain on the list. Wolfenstein's latest games are awesome and a lot is due to her being such a great villain...her and those under her pulled of some shit....I mean for sakes, she's a Nazi.

As I said above, he's the definition of "making a deal with the Devil" but I never saw him as creepy, Gaunter always struck me as an impossibly powerful foe. He doesn't look threatening, but by God, he could probably destroy you by arching his eyebrow. Someone like that, I wasn't even disappointed that HoS didn't end with a fight. Narratively, it wouldn't make sense for Geralt to beat him in a duel. He had to outwit him.

Also, in case you haven't noticed, his initials spell out G.O.D, Creeped enough for ya now?
