Hmm Its difficult to say. The setting of Vice City was better in my opinion, but in terms of variety of missions and the size of the game.... San Andreas was definitely better in that department.
Vice City: better story, better soundtrack, better setting, fresher gameplay + 80s own San Andreas: larger game (but felt really dragged out), more features (a lot of it felt a bit tacked on) poor story, inferior soundtrack to VC + early 90s = not so good
Vice City, and by a long shot. I get really tired of that wannabe "gangsta" crap that San Andreas pushes. There are real gangsters where I live and they're nothing like the tools in that game.SmashBrosLegend
Yes but that is pretty accurate of how it was in LA during the early 90's when the game is set, plus it takes its cues from the movies of that time like Boyz N the Hood and Menace II Society...I doubt any of the people who lived there during that time were "wannabe's"
i actually liked vice city better and played it the longest also. san andreas having a very big story and a lot of missions made me stop playing the game after i finished the story.Â
